Shipping and Handling:
Birthday Supplies and More uses UPS and USPS. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Exact date of delivery is estimated but not guaranteed. Tracking Your Package
When your order ships you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and you will be able to track your package directly from your e-mail.
Birthday Supplies and More offers four different shipping methods:
1. Ground (up to 10 business days) We will process and deliver your order within 10 business days
2. Priority (up to 5 business days) We will process and deliver your order within 5 business days.
3. Express (up to 2 business days) We will process and deliver your order within 2 business days.
International Shipping:
We ship to most countries around the world. Estimated delivery time to international, U.S. Terrritories, APO/FPO and Canadian addresses is 10-15 days. All orders are shipped via The United States Postal Service. There is no express shipping to these destinations. All orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse within 2 business days. Custom and import duties are charged to the customer, they are not included in the shipping charge.
APO/FPO Addresses:
All orders to these destinations will ship U.S. Priority Mail. Please refer to domestic shipping chart for priority mail charges. There is no express shipping to these destinations.
U.S. Territory Addresses:
Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Saipan are not considered international. All orders shipped to these destinations will be shipped via U.S Priority Mail. Please refer to domestic shipping chart for priority mail charges. There is no express shipping to these destinations.
Canadian Addresses:
All orders shipped to canadian addresses ship U.S. Priority Mail. Please refer to the domestic shipping chart for priority mail charges. There is no express delivery to canadian destinations.
International Addresses:
Orders shipped to international addresses ship via the United States Postal Service. Please refer to the international shipping chart for charges. There is no express shipping to these destinations.
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Product must be in its original, unopened packaging. Candy, seasonal, and wearable merchandise are not returnable and will not be refunded. (New Years, Graduations, Christmas, Halloween, Pinata Fillers, Hats, Tiaras, etc.) Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and no shipping charges will be refunded. If paid by credit card, once the merchandise is back at our warehouse a credit will be issued. Allow up to 2 billing cycles to see the credit on your statement. Out of Stock Items:
Please be aware that items can run out of stock as orders are processed. In some cases we may ship the order without the backordered item and credit your account due to the date of the party. If the item will become available in time for your party the item will be shipped. Although uncommon, due to manufacturers' delays an item may remain out of stock for weeks at a time. In this instance we will contact you and let you know of the situation. If out of stock items are a large part of your order, we will contact you, explain the situation, and work with you to solve the problem.
